Atelier Ludmila's AlleyWaltz 2010:
Jack and the Beanstalk Go Downtown
Everyone is invited to this family-friendly interactive adventure featuring performance, puppets, music, magic and mesmerizing theatrical tricks sure to delight and astound you.  See the traditional story of Jack and the Beanstalk come to life, and join our waltz through an enchanted, transformed Hunter Street where you will meet a most charming cast of characters including the Goose with the Golden Egg,  the Singing Harp, a very brave Jack, a soaring beanstalk, the and the biggest ogre you’ve ever seen! This year’s AlleyWaltz is devoted to the kids, and promises to delight children of all ages.

Get Involved!

Budding thespians and other creative minds are invited to participate in the action, as we celebrate Culture Days. From 3-4 pm on the afternoon of the show, children and youth are invited to the Hunter Street party to to help prepare for the show. We’ll make “Peapod Pippets”, learn the “Beanstalk Waltz”, practice a song to put the Ogre to sleep and craft “Flowers Most Monstrous”.  Participants are invited back at 6 pm to put their new tricks in action as they join in this truly spectacular performance.
